Arthritis National Research Foundation
The Arthritis National Research Foundation (ANRF) is committed to funding the next generation of research scientists by providing annual grants to promising young M.D. and Ph.D. investigators with innovative research projects. Arthritis is the leading cause of disability for 50 million Americans, including 300,000 children. ANRF funds research studying the most prevalent forms of arthritis including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis lupus, juvenile arthritis, gout, and other autoimmune forms of the disease such as ankylosing spondylitis. Since 2000, ANRF has funded more than $9 million in research grants to scientists at research institutions across the U.S. For more information about the ANRF, and the current direction of arthritis research, call 800-588-CURE or visit www.curearthritis.org.
